Any block booking cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances which can be discussed with the director.
Also any block booking are given at the agreed discounted rate, however if the full block of lesson are not taken and a refund is requested and given, then the hours used to that date will be charged at the current hourly rate. This will not be the case if you have paid a block and you have passed with us prior to all the lessons being used.
By signing up to this diary you will agree to these terms and conditions as a signed contract.
Any refunds given will be made within 30 days from the date of request. Refunds are normally made at the end of the month.
If a block booking has not been used within 6 months and there have been more that 50% cancellations then any lesson taken will be charged at the full current rate and any further lessons will be at the current rate at the time of booking.
Only if a student has had continuous lessons will the original price agreed will remain the same.
For example if a 10hr block was £200 and not used within 6 months the hourly rate will be charged at the current rate of £34 per hour. After 6 months any outstanding amounts with no lessons booked can only be accepted as lessons and no refund will be given.
All lessons after 6 months will be charged at the current price shown per hour on the website.
